We engaged Richard to provide Linked In and Sales Navigator training to Key Account Managers across 4 different Countries. The Training was provided virtually over 4 X 2hr sessions across 4 weeks. The sessions were well paced with an engaging mix of presentation and actual live demonstrations in Linked In or Sales Navigator. Richard continually engages participants asking questions with answers in chat and asking participants to share their experiences or their screens. Small tasks are set during the session and participants left with larger exercises following each session.
